Got a Pioneer mini split and the remote has been straightforward. I didn’t really need the manual much, which was nice.

The buttons make sense, the temp changes quick, and the timer stuff isn’t a hassle. Way better than my old one. 5 stars.

We put the Pioneer mini split in our garage room, the heat’s been better than I expected. It warms the space up fast, even on cold mornings. There aren’t any weird smells, and the fan isn’t loud either. We’ve been using it every day, and so far, I’ve got zero complaints.

The app works well most days and makes it easy to schedule my mini split without much hassle. i kind of regret not setting this up earlier because it’s been a lot more convenient than I expected

I bought my mini split from Pioneer Mini Split a few years ago, and it’s been a solid purchase. The install wasn’t too difficult, and the unit still heats and cools just like it should. I did have a small issue with the remote at one point, but it wasn’t a big deal. The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is because the shipping updates could’ve been better. Overall though, I’m happy with it and I’d say it was worth buying

I accidentally ordered the wrong mini split. Totally my mistake. Had to send it back, i was expecting it to be annoying. It wasn’t. Support got back to me fast, told me what to do, simple steps. No runaround. Once they received it, the refund showed up a few days later. Smooth overall

I was surprised by how quiet it is. I can barely hear it running at night, which makes any worry about noise feel totally avoidable.
